Dakota's Garden
Intern Profile
I want to work at the garden because: It's an excellent oppritunity to do something that I love is a more communal way. I also get to learn new tricks, different opinions, and other syles of gardening.
Two of my personal goals for working at the Dallas Youth Garden this summer are:
1. To create a garden that has a large variety of plants and be succesful with it.
2. To develop a relationship with other people in the garden that I may have not known before.
Two things I hope to learn for working at the Dallas Youth Garden are:
1. A new trick to gardening that I haven't tried.
2. If squash will succesfully grow on a small trellis.
I think my biggest challenge will be: Openly sharing ideas
My favorite vegetable or fruit is: Zucchini
I hope to contribute this to the garden this year: New and creative ideas such as different recipies or experiments.
