About Me

Hi! My name is Robby Rasmussen and I am thrilled to be entering my 3rd year of teaching 3rd grade at Franklin! I am a graduate of Franklin myself, which makes this a very unique opportunity for me. My undergraduate degree is from Northern Illinois (2008) and I graduated from National-Louis University in 2011 with my Type 03 Master's Degree. I have previously worked in Des Plaines and Highland Park.

Our classroom will utilize technology, apply the curriculum to real life, and discover/learn things we never knew existed! Our classroom will care for one another, work hard and put forth our best effort in all areas. We will all be teammates along the wonderful journey of 3rd grade!

I LOVE the Cubs, playing 16" softball, playing chess and traveling the country!
