About Ms. Pollard

As a student I attended Windsor Elementary School, South Middle School, and Prospect High School. I then attended Iowa State University and received a bachelors of science in mathematics. Recently I earned my masters degree in Teacher Leadership.

My favorite thing to do is to travel. I have been to eight countries other than the United States, and I am hoping to make it to all seven continents. My favorite place that I have been to is the Cinque Terre in Italy. The beautiful hikes make it a place to remember. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, cooking, crafting, and riding my bicycle.

I have wanted to teach since I was in first grade, and I gained a true passion for math in middle school. I am excited that I am now able to share my love of math with my students.
