About MAP:
MAP stands for Measures of Academic Progress, and is a computerized test that each student takes in the Fall and Spring.
Based on the testing, each student earns a RIT score. The MAP test is a great way to monitor progress for each student. There are four strands to the MAP Test. In short, the strands are Algebra, the Number System, Geometry, and Statistics/Probability.
In class, students studied their RIT scores for each strand and made a plan of action to work on improving their scores in the spring.
