Dark Energy Lecture Wednesday, January 22, 2014

Professor Richard Kron, Deputy Director of the Dark Energy Survey (DES), will be our guest.

This will be a community lecture aimed at educating and informing the public on the subject.

Astronomy enthusiasts of high school age and older recommended.

The Lecture will occur at Niles West in the South Lobby at 6pm.

Observing with the Niles West 10" LX 200 Meade telescope will commence following the lecture, weather and clouds permitting.
