If you'd like a letter of recommendation, ask -- the earlier the better. Do not assume I'll write you a letter.
Once I hit 10 for the November deadline, I may have to say no unless your deadline's later.
Criteria to consider before you ask:
1) Did I do well and see growth in GAW?
2) Did I seek help and conference with my teacher frequently?
3) Does my teacher know me well?
4) Was it clear GAW was a priority for me? attendance consistent? (No more than 10 absences)?
If you answer yes to all of the above, ask for a letter of recommendation. If not, there is probably a better teacher from whom you should ask.
