1. Signal Right and Pull to the curb.
a. Try to be 12 inches FROM THE CURB.
2. Put the car in neutral.
3. Turn the steering wheel away from the curb (left).
a. Think up-up and away.
4. Allow the vehicle to roll to the curb.
a. Maintain control of the vehicle to roll back gently and touch the curb.
b. Also keep in mind, if the car rolls, fine. If not, that's fine also go on to step 5.
5. Shift the car to Park.
6. Set the Parking Brake.
7. Turn off the car.
1. Start the car.
2. Release the Parking brake.
3. Shift the car to drive.
4. Signal left.
5. Check mirrors then the left blind spot.
6. Pull away from the curb.
a. Keep in mind the steering wheel is already turned away from the curb.
b. Pull away only if clear or safe to do so. If not repeat step 5

a. Try to be 12 inches FROM THE CURB.
2. Shift to neutral.
3. Turn the steering wheel toward the curb (right).
4. Allow the vehicle to roll to the curb.
a. Maintain control of the brake so that the vehicle rolls gently touching the curb.
5. Shift to Park.
6. Set the Emergency brake.
1. Start the car.
2. Release Parking Brake.
3. Shift the car to reverse.
4. Looking over your right shoulder, out the back window, gently apply gas backing 12 inches while unwinding the steering wheel to straight. Stop the car!!
5. Shift to drive
6. Signal Left.
7. Check mirrors then the blind spot.
8. Pull away from the curb when safe to do so.
