District 118 is excited to announce a transition to e-Funds for Schools (by Swivel). This new, secure payment platform is designed to streamline how families manage school-related expenses. By integrating our payment systems into a centralized hub, we aim to make fee payments simpler, faster, and more transparent.
e-Funds for Schools offers a more modern, encrypted, and integrated experience. Key benefits include:

Effective July 1st, District 118 will officially phase out the current EPay system in favor of eFunds for Schools. To avoid the convenience fees associated with the new system, please pay any outstanding fee balance before June 30th.
To ensure a seamless transition and avoid any payment interruptions, we ask all parents and guardians to:
Create your new account via the eFunds portal.
Link your students to your account using their student IDs.
