"To perpetuate the principles of our Fraternity, we aspire to add to the membership of the Western Reserve Chapter of Delta Upsilon, those men who we believe will promote and maintain our ideals.  Since membership in Delta Upsilon is for life, we wish to add only those men who will maintain our ideals throughout their lives, and who will be leaders in our society."
