Hello!! My name is Michelle Miller and I am in my 26th year of teaching at the Conemaugh Valley Elementary School. I have spent my career teaching First Grade. I love teaching this age level because they are so pure, open to learning, and moldable. Every child has one shot at First Grade and it is my job to make that the most amazing experience ever! I base everything I do in my classroom on respect: respect for others, respect for your school, respect for materials, and respect for oneself.

The Conemaugh Valley School District is very dear to my heart! I was born and raised in East Taylor Township and graduated from Conemaugh Valley High School. I always knew that I wanted to raise my children in this wonderful community. That wish is coming true.... my children - Tanner - was Valedictorian of the Conemaugh Valley Graduating Class of 2019 and is on the Pre-Med track at the University of Pittsburgh's main campus and Delanie - is an honor student in her Junior year at Conemaugh Valley High School. My mom was also a graduate of Conemaugh. We are proud to be a multigenerational Blue Jay family!
