Welcome to my school counseling page. As a school counselor, my mission is to provide school counseling services to all students in the areas of academic, career and personal/social development. I work in partnership with students and families to give information, strategies, resources to address academic needs and assist to plan for future goals. Lastly, to promote a learning environment that is safe, nurturing and culturally responsive.

Educational Journey Experience: I graduated from UC Davis in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and minor in Education. I've always had a passion for helping others and had the opportunity to work as a tutor and Outreach Worker for Hayward Unified. After two and half years at HUSD, I decided to pursue School Counseling Masters Program at CSUEB. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Counseling with a PPS credential in 2010 and have been counseling in schools ever since.
My favorite thing about being a counselor is building relationships with students, families, and teachers.
