Class Philosophy...
I believe that learning is a life long opportunity. Learning is a series of challenges, mistakes, struggles and successes. Every student learns in a different way at a different pace. I want my students to know that we are on this learning journey together.

With this in mind I work hard to make sure that I understand the needs both academically and emotionally of my students. Above all, I want my students to feel safe in the classroom.

Learning is tough, and anything worth learning is challenging. Thus they will make mistakes. I want my students to be comfortable with making mistakes and learning from them. I believe that a lesson hard-earned is better learned than a lesson that comes easily. I do not want others to cast judgements upon their peers for mistakes. Making mistakes is human and we are all in this learning opportunity together.
