HOMEWORK:
Homework is assigned as needed.
Students are responsible for making up all missed work. This includes absences due to illness, vacation, and bathroom breaks.
Students should also review their work daily. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes daily to review the learning in class. Here are some suggestion:
Review notes and handouts given to you in class. Do you understand what you are reading/doing?
Make flashcards and memorize the vocabulary for the unit
Read the text book section on the topic. Answer the questions at the end of the section
TESTS:
Students will be assessed through assigned work, projects, and tests.
LATE WORK:
Late work will be accepted for one week after the due date. Late work is worth half credit.
Work turned in after after one week will be worth zero credit.
It is the responsibility of the student to make up work due to absences, illness, bathroom breaks etc. Talk to the teacher if you have any questions.
