Welcome to my CTAMSHS web page. My wife and I are lifelong residents of Conemaugh Township, as well as a 1984 CT graduates. I obtained a B.S. Biology degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 1989, then returned to UPJ to secure my B.S. Secondary Education / Science degree in 1991. I spent the first seven years of my teaching carrer in the Claysburg-Kimmel school district, located in central Pennsylvania. I returned home to Conemaugh Township in 1999, and have been teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Environmental-Ecology 9, Geo -Astronomy 11&12, and Earth & Space Science 9 since then. My wife, Barbara, was also an educator, and had been employed at neighboring North Star school district (she has since retired after 36.5 years of teaching). Our son Connor has graduated from Washington & Jefferson College, with a major in Computer and Informational Science, and a minor in Business Administration. Connor is currently employed by Lockheed-Martin Aeronautics of Johnstwn, Pennsylvania.

Homework Information: All homework (as well as activities and each Chapter test) is assigned 6 to 7 days in advance, thus late homework will not be accepted. Homework is expected to be completed if the student was absent on the day prior to due date. If a student is absent 2 or more days prior to an assignment due date, then accommodations will occur.
