Responsibilities: The Sr.Java/JEE Developer will work closely with Technical Architect to deliver functionality for the Innovative analytics product. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to work across multiple technologies.
The Sr. Java/JEE Developer is responsible for but not limited to:
· Drive the design and development of solutions for the product that are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
· Apply understanding of IT Standards and Design considerations for high volume online transactions and batch transaction systems.
· Proactively identify and evaluate emerging technologies and tools.
· Participate in peer reviews on code.
· Work with development teams to resolve development and implementation issues
· Work closely with QA and Operations to ensure smooth QA and deployment of applications.
· J2EE (Spring or Hibernate framework, experience in building web application from ground zero), BigData analytics,
· Working with SME's to identify the requirements
· Develop Web reports using open source frameworks like jQuery, Dojo, extJS.
Skills Required: Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, SQL/PL SQL, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Ajax, BigData frameworks.

The Business Analyst is responsible for but not limited to:
· Work with project sponsors, business owners, and subject matter experts to document the project’s requirements.
· Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis
· Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
· Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and in appropriate forms suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements.
· Specify quality attributes, external interfaces, and constraints.
· Represent requirements using alternative views, such as visual analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate.
· Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
· Perform requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
· Facilitate requirements prioritization. Identify conflicts and areas of potential misinterpretation
· Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
· Create and maintain requirements traceability. Track requirements status throughout the project. Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.

Responsibilities: The C#.Net Developer will provide application depth across the team(s) and business partners to solve complex problems, is expected to demonstrate an advanced level of proficiency in the technologies utilized by the application(s), SDLC methods, and to exercise best practices in system design, coding/testing, documentation, and project execution. The C#.Net Developer is responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions as assigned, ensuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines, including but not limited to: analysis & design documents, program specifications, test plans and results, design, code, testing, debugging, and documentation of those programs while delivering assignments within specified time frames.
The Software Engineer is responsible for but not limited to:
· Responsible for all project life cycle activities including analysis, design, software enhancements and/or development, testing and post-implementation support.
· Develops all documentation in support of project lifecycle phases including design documents, test plans, and implementation documentation.
· Design and implement technology solutions using Microsoft application framework technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, WCF, Web Services and MVC.
· Reviews and analyzes available software, and enhancements to recommend any changes to the current system and to ensure that the most cost effective and efficient applications are being utilized.
· Tests new and revised programs to ensure proper functionality and to ensure output is complete, accurate and in conformance with program specifications and user requirements.
· Provides production support for nightly batch cycle, as required.

Responsibilities: Monitors and troubleshoots production data loads; diligently identify and pursue data anomalies, correct not just the data but also the source of the corruption; quickly adapt to an ever changing environment, fix issues and support both real-time data flows, and batch/ETL data flows; documentation of technical and system specifications documents for ETL processes
The Software Engineer is responsible for but not limited to:
· Design, develop and maintain ETL, the Data Warehouse, data marts, jobs, packages, stored procedures, and cloud connectors.
· Ensure availability and performance of the Data Warehouse and data marts.
· Troubleshoot and problem solve ETL and SQL package and environment issues.
· Create and maintain the database objects such as the tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, linked servers, functions, and indexes.
