COMMUNITY SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE (CSE)
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Board invites proposals from qualified Charter Management Organizations (CMOs) or Education Management Organizations (EMOs) to lead and manage all operations of the Community School of Excellence, a public charter school authorized by The Guild. This includes day-to-day management and supporting CSE’s five-year strategic plan, which focuses on initiatives like developing CSE High School Pathway Programs, expanding the online school, and enhancing the Hmong Language and Culture program
