Job Goal: Provide structure and support to professional learning communities in order to improve professional inquiry that engages all members in a deep focus on student learning and deeply embeds the PLC model into the culture of the district. 

• Commit to a minimum of one-year in the position

• Adhere to district and building-based expectations 

  • Meet with your PLC weekly

  • Engage in a PLC+ Cycle for each unit of instruction

  • Attend required trainings (district and building)
