CCSD's PLC Cycle
The Role of the PLC Facilitator
Job Goal: Provide structure and support to professional learning communities in order to improve professional inquiry that engages all members in a deep focus on student learning and deeply embeds the PLC model into the culture of the district.
Commit to a minimum of one-year in the position
Engage in annual evaluation (as required for all teacher leadership positions)
Includes Peer Feedback survey and review
Adhere to district and building-based expectations
Meet with your PLC weekly
Engage in a PLC Cycle for each unit of instruction
Attend required trainings (district and building)
*This assignment will occasionally require additional time before or after school and/or outside of contracted work days.
