Checkout / Return Process

CHECKOUT PROCESS

Reservations should be picked up at their designated appointment time. Please present your Cornish ID, we will confirm your reservation or have you wait while we gather equipment if you have not made one. (Please make reservations whenever possible, due to the increased sanitation/ checkout times you may experience a longer wait if you are dropping-in for items)

You will be sent a Checkout Agreement with a receipt of all the items checked out to your Arts.Cornish.edu email. 

CHECKOUT AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED AND CONFIRMED BEFORE LEAVING Multimedia Checkout Center (MCC²).

Please take the time to review the items, double check to make sure you have everything that you need and that all the pieces are functional. Review return date, and policy before you leave.

We will load up a cart for you with your gear while you check it.

RETURN PROCESS

Items should be returned ON TIME, before or at their designated drop off time. If Items are late, strikes toward suspension can be given. 

When you drop off equipment, please wait while we confirm all of the items have been returned, we will let you know if anything is missing.

If Multimedia Checkout Center (MCC²) is closed, items can be returned to the Library which will come back to MCC² when we are open again.
