Students will be given a pre-test and post-test to assess physical growth and achievement. We have chosen the Fitnessgram to assess the following components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. In addition to physical growth and achievement the P.E. department will also be utilizing a cognitive test that has been district approved.
