Mission

Serve as the voice of the student body in order to create a vibrant atmosphere that upholds traditions and encourages student involvement.

Purpose:

1. To ensure democratic representation and governance
2. To allocate student activity funds
3. To act as the voice for student concerns
4. To maintain and promote campus spirit and traditions
5. To hold Registered Student Organizations accountable for their actions in accordance with the requirements established in the Policies and Procedures Manual of the Student Government Association
6. To continually work toward the betterment of life on campus
7. To hold students accountable for their actions in the Coker University community
8. To disseminate important information to Coker students
