Personal Chromebook Login using Student Account
If you have a personal Chromebook, in addition to the Chromebook login shown above, you will need to login to the CMS Zscaler web filter. The Zscaler login is:
User name: studentid@student.cms.k12.nc.us (this should bypass the need for a password.)
If it doesn't, try this:
User name: student ID#@cms.k12.nc.us
Password: Birthdate in yyyymmdd format
Access to the Student Portal
To access the CMS student portal go to www.cms.k12.nc.us
Select student portal from Quicklinks on the bottom right corner of the CMS Homepage
Select the desired application.
Log in with the NCEdCloud credentials for the students grade level.
Click on "Clever" and you will see our student applications,
Note- Any teacher of record can change student password from their NCEdCloud portal.
