Señor Montoya was born in the city of Medellin in Colombia. He moved to the United States when he was 17 years old. Señor Montoya received a B.A. Degree in History and a B.A. Degree in Spanish from CSU Fresno. Señor Montoya is married and has two daughters. Señor Montoya is an avid soccer fan, likes to travel, likes rock and salsa music, and loves coffee.
