About Me

My name is John Hartsburg, this is my 23rd year of teaching. This is my 1st year at Gateway and I am loving it! I have worked at Clark Intermediate for the past 6 years. Before that, I spent the last ten years teaching in Central Unified School District. At Central I taught 4 grade, 5th grade and 7th & 8th grade math. Before that I spent six wonderful years teaching Mathematics in Riverdale Unified School District. I have been happily married for 19th years to my beautiful wife Kristin.
