Course Information:

Course work provides for the study of classification systems, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, reproduction, mitosis, meiosis, respiration, genetics, and health care of domesticated animals. Curriculum includes lab and fieldwork utilizing scientific methodology while reinforcing writing and presentation skills. This course may help students decide if they would like to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine, and expose them to other animal related career options.
