Lightning
1. Create New Project CTRL+N
2. Change the Foreground Color and Background color to Black and White
3. Select the Gradient tool, and drag a short distance in the middle of the document.
4. In the Filter Menu, Select Difference Clouds under the Render sub menu
5. In the Adjustment Panel, open a Levels Layer and adjust the sliders until you get the desired look.
6. Merge Layers
7. Use the Invert Layer or the shortcut CTRL+I
8. Hue/Saturation layer and select colorize
o Use Hue to change the color of the lightning
o Use Saturation to change the strength of the color
9. Use selection tools and the eraser tool to select out the areas around the lightning to use in other projects.
10. Save as a .png to save the transparency layer
