CUSD Health Screening Form and online Athletic Eligibility Packet link : Print a CUSD Health Screening Form and take it to a doctor to fill out during a physical.  Then, upload it to the online Athletic Eligibility Packet.

Personal Bests 2024

*Regarding the Personal Bests for the year listed below: Some times are hand time and some are auto timed.  Hand times are generally 3 tenths to 5 tenths faster than auto times (but could be even further off than that), so any hand timed records need to be backed up with auto timed marks.  The 3 tenths have already been added to the times in the Personal Bests list from hand timed meets.  When it comes to making decisions for invitational meets, relays, and the League Championships, this, and many other factors are taken into consideration.  All coach's decisions are final.
