Jacob Wilson - Principal

I am a graduate of Burns High School. GO BULLDOGS! I am a former elementary school teacher. I have experience teaching many grade levels. I have worked in an administrative capacity at Cleveland Early College High School, Kings Mountain Intermediate School, and now, Union Elementary School! I am a passionate educator and after safety, learning is my priority. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BA in Elementary Education and Master in School Administration. Have any questions? Annette Smith - Asst. Principal

I am a Cleveland County native. I graduated from the home of the golden lions, Shelby High School. I began undergraduate classes at Cleveland Community College double-majoring in Pre-Education and Pre-Business. I transferred and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University. I later earned a Master of Arts in Education/Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix – Southern Campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am certified to teach and have taught grades Kindergarten through the sixth grade.
