CHROMEBOOKS

Please make sure to bring the district provided Chromebook to school, once you have it.  It should be TURNED OFF at night to ensure that any updates that are pushed down by the district are received by your student’s computer.  It should also be charged every night so that it is fully charged and ready to use in each class.  Students should leave their chargers at home and keep their chromebooks in their lockers unless their teacher tells them to bring it to class that day.  The student’s password to log into the Chromebook is the pattern first initial, middle initial, last initial and student number.  For example, jmb123456.  The password for this should be the same password that your student used last year.  If you can’t get in, please don’t panic.  Reach out to one of us and we will help you to fix it.  It is also important that students use their school email addresses to log into Google.  The pattern for school email is first initial, middle initial, last name (up to 8 characters), and graduation year (just the last two digits of the year).  For example, jmbiallas86@clarkston.k12.mi.us.
