Family Wellness Tip


Life is hard. Stress and pressure from work and family life is real.

However, is that all there is to our wellbeing?

Not at all. While those things are highly important, so is our ability to know how to calm our brains and bodies when we feel big emotions. Many psychologists refer to this as “self-regulation”.

When we regulate ourselves better, our relationships improve. Our ability to listen and learn improves. Our ability to think logically (with reason) and problem solve improves. Our sense of wellbeing improves.

While many strategies calm and focus the brain, take the time to add these three types into your daily routine:
