Registering on myCISV
Everyone who participates in a CISV International programme must register on myCISV. You can find help notes or a short video to guide you through this process on the myCISV FAQ page.
Legal Forms
You can download the newest version of the Legal Forms from www.cisv.org or simply by clicking directly on the relevant link below:
· The Child Travelling with Leader Legal Form is for child participants in Village, Interchange, Step Up and Youth Meetings for ages 15 and under; all travelling with an adult leader.
· The Child Travelling Alone Legal Form is for participants under the age 18 and Junior Counsellors who are permitted to travel without an adult leader.
· The Adult Legal Form is for is for participants, staff and leaders aged 18+

Make sure to use only the most recent version by downloading it directly from the CISV International website (https://cisv.org/resources/forms/)
CISV Travel Insurance
All participants (including staff and leaders) in international programmes are covered by the CISV Travel Insurance. You can find all the information you need including details of the policy, and how to make a claim at CISV Travel Insurance.
You must bring your CISV travel insurance certificate – available from your National Association - to the programme. The certificate should be printed and a copy given to every participant, staff or leader. Everyone should carry a copy of the insurance certificate with them to the programme and this is what they should use to show they have insurance.
Visa-requirements
Sometimes visa application processes can take a long time. Find out as soon as possible if you require a visa, and if so, start the application process now. Do not to wait until it is too late. Also, let us and/or the International Office know if you require a formal invitation.
Delegation/Individual Participant information forms
Programme staff/LIC/NIC can gather basic information from participants and delegations before the programme through the Delegation Information Form (for Step Up, Village, Youth Meeting), the Individual Participant Information Form (for IPP, Seminar Camp, Youth Meeting), and the Interchange Leader Information Form and Interchange Delegation Information Form (for Interchange).
