My Philosophy in Teaching:

I have been teaching to Business Management Education since the last Eleven years, also the coordinator of MBA Marketing Specialization in my earlier institutions. Early on, my teaching focused on what I could do to help management students to understand basic concepts and its importance in the course material. I developed my own way of explanations and examples. When students feel difficult to understand, I explained it with the help of small examples from daily routine and currents affairs. I believe that management education cannot be taught from books only so I bring students to field visits and show them how the industry really functions and what are the problems at the ground level. In today’s competitive world teacher cannot isolate himself/herself from the research so I have subscribed peer-reviewed management journal. I find that the pedagogical journals have supplied me with some of the most useful ideas that I now use in my teaching.

To deliver quality contents business management professor needs to know what is happening around the globe irrespective to his or her specialization. I regularly read business and local newspapers to keep me updated regarding current affairs and which also helps me to improve teaching contents in the classroom while delivering a lecture to management students. I am always in search of ideas that I can use in my teaching ability.
