Short Biography
I have be graduated from college of law. Baghdad university 1967 and completed my MA degree in 1973 and PhD of law in 1979 . and took over as an attorney-general at public prosecution presidency. and as a researcher at the centre of legal studies. and as director-general at the ministry of justice. then chancellor at tge state advisory council. and deputy chairman of the state advisory council. and chairman of the state advisory council.and I have been a permanent lecturer at most of the colleges of law in Iraq, as well as judicial institute. and as member or chairman of many discussing committees of postgraduate theses and dissertations. and editorial member of many academically refereed journals in Iraq
