Successful completion of this course may result in the awarding of college credit.  You may take this course for AP and/or SUNY credit.  See your guidance counselor to make this selection. This course covers the concepts and tools for collecting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from the data. This will be enhanced through the use of current events, projects, interaction with professionals in their work related areas, which will expose students to exploring data, planning a study, anticipating patterns and statistical inference. Students are required to take the Advanced Placement Statistics exam in May.
