This is my sixth year at Cypress Creek High School and my second year as an AAS. Prior to making my way over to Cy-Creek, I taught English and Language Arts/Reading for 14 years.
I grew up in Baytown, TX and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School (Go Ganders!). While I worked during the day, I attended college (UH Downtown) in the evenings...I REALLY wanted to be a teacher! Once I got my feet wet as a teacher, I knew there was more in store for me. My genuine love for teaching and helping kids lit a fire inside me, so I decided to get my Master's in Educational Administration at Lamar University. I have been in the Cy-Fair area for about 15 years and have an amazing son who has always attended a CFISD campus.
I love being a Cy-Creek Cougar and I am looking forward to a great 2020-21 school year!
Ahh CC! W.H.A.T.!
