      *If you are not US citizen with a social security number, or a legal permanent resident or individual who has an Arrival-Departure Record from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services showing certain  designations, including refugees then complete the TASFA application http://www.collegeforalltexans.com/index.cfm?objectid=A3119543-CBF8-C202-F1B0EEFD5F4B9805 and contact the financial aid office. NOTE: Once a student has been awarded financial assistance, a student must log on to their MyLonestar account to accept their award.  The financial aid office of LSC will also push out information that must be completed if the student award has not been approved.  Communication regarding financial aid will be sent tot he student's MyLoneStar email account. 

5. Vaccines:

Meningitis Vaccine: Satisfy the bacterial meningitis vaccine requirement for on-campus classes.  Get information and procedures at:   http://www.lonestar.edu/meningitis

Bacterial Meningitis: Satisfying the bacterial meningitis requirement can be frustrating for teens and their parents, particularly when finances are an issue.

Travel Vax/Vax-A-Nation is a mobile vaccination company that offers bacterial meningitis vaccinations for $20 for students who are 18 and under. Once students reach the age of 19 the vaccine costs $100! 

Travel Vax has an office at 290 and Gessner on the southbound side. They are open for walk-ins Monday through Friday from 9Am - 5PM.
