Welcome!
I am thrilled to be teaching English I K and L at the Woods. This year I am looking forward to analyzing the amazing literature in our curriculum, and honing the writing skills of our students. I am blessed to have taught English since 2000, and I am invested in helping our students achieve their goals. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in English, and I have a Masters in Community Counseling from St. Mary's University. My husband teaches math at Hopper Middle School. We have two fantastic boys, Caleb and Jacob, who keep us on our toes. Caleb is in school to become an electrician, and Jacob is a Spillane Spartan. I look forward to a fantastic year with each and every Wildcat.
