The WiRCC is a partnership between CESA 5 (Portage), CESA 7 (Green Bay), and CESA 10 (Chippewa Falls).

It was created in 1968 to provide cost effective data processing for schools. More recently, partnerships were formed with software companies to provide implementation and support services for schools which use each respective software product.

With locations throughout the state, the WiRCC delivers affordable local training and professional implementation & support to schools.
