Athletic sign-up

The Athletic sign-up process will now be done through Skyward. 

1. Sign up through Skyward. Fill out all the necessary forms through Skyward including participation agreement, concussion, and release. Instructions on how to sign up.

2. Upload filled out physical card through Skyward. A physical form must be filled out with a doctor's signature and uploaded through Skyward. Physicals are good for 2 years. An alternate year form is required for the following year. The physical card only needs to be uploaded once for the entire school year.

3. Fee. The fee can be paid through Skyward. It is $25.00 per sport or a max of $50.00 per person annually or a family max of $100.00 annually. (The max is only for Webster athletics)
