Vendor Agreement

The Bazaar is on Saturday, November 9, 2024. The Bazaar hours are from 9:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m. You may not tear down before 3 p.m. Should you do so, you may not be accepted in future shows with St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic School.
All Vendors will be able to set up on Friday evening from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (Check-In will begin at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, November 8th) and on Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Vendors are required to sign a release of liability, which is online with the application. Make sure you read the release carefully.
Spaces are approximately 9'x3' but may vary slightly. Vendors must keep within the allocated space. If this is not a sufficient amount of space, please rent additional spaces. Should you be outside of your allocated space, St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic School Hometown Bazaar Committee Members have the right to ask you to move your display or an additional fee may be assessed.
Vendors may not sell or display their product outside their allocated space. This includes but is not limited to, walking items around to sell or displaying items in the bathrooms.
All vendors must be kept within their designated area. Vendors must provide all necessary display equipment. Vendors must remove any part of their display that’s deemed inappropriate to St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic School Home and School Association.
Vendors are solely responsible for all financial transactions connected with their merchandise.
Vendors must maintain a professional manner at all times. Any Vendor who demonstrates behavior that is not in conjunction with the morals, values and ideals held standard in our Catholic community may be asked to leave without refund of registration fees and will not be permitted to return in future years.
Any food being sold at the Bazaar MUST be approved in advance by the Hometown Bazaar Coordinator.
Due to City of Gahanna Fire Regulations there are to be no open flames, lighted candles, or smoking permitted inside the school building. Any vendor requiring electricity must use a utility grade extension cord. No household extension cords will be permitted. Violations will result in loss of electricity and no refunds will be made.
Vendors must comply with parking in the designated area. A shuttle is provided from the Gahanna Middle School South parking lot. It is imperative that the school parking lot is cleared by the start of the Bazaar for the customers to be able to park.
No pets, strollers, or playpens are permitted in the building at any time. Service animals with appropriate identification will be the only exception to this rule.
St. Matthew the Apostle School, Parish, its affiliated organizations, and their members are not responsible for any damages, loss or theft of merchandise or display equipment.
St. Matthew the Apostle Home and School Association agree to publicize this event through various types of media in and around the greater Columbus Area.
The fee to rent a space will be $75.00 per space. Table rental is $10.00 per 8' table.
To be considered for the 2024 Bazaar, applicants must submit completed applications and fees by the appropriate deadlines. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
There will be no refunds for cancellations.
We feel these regulations are necessary to insure a successful bazaar for all of the Vendors. Please keep this list and refer to it throughout the year, as well as on the day of the Bazaar.
