Meet the Teacher

Hi! My name is Mrs. Dawn Witty and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! This is my 16th year in the Cannon county school system and my 10th year teaching 3rd grade. I have loved every minute of it!

I attended Tennessee Tech University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and MTSU where I received my Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been married for 28 years and have 3 daughters and 1 son in law.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, reading, and cheering on the Wildcats and Vols!
