My name is Carla Parker and I want to welcome you to Cannon County Middle School. We are excited to have you here as we are Building a Legacy where Academic Growth is the standard and Excellence is the outcome! I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and am certified to teach grades kindergarten through eighth. During my 22 years of teaching, I have taught at Woodbury Grammar School, Woodland, and Cannon County Middle School. I am excited to be at the Middle School, and I will continue my journey with 6th grade Math this year. I am excited to for us to be on this journey together.
I am married and have a daughter who attends CCHS. I enjoy watching Braves Baseball, UT Sports, hiking, and spending time with my family.
I hope that with communication through e-mails, Remind, and parent-teacher conferences that this will be the best school year possible for parents and students alike.
