How To Submit Your Yearbook Ad

Herff Jones made a few changes to the Online Ad Creation since last year. The system has been improved and updated.

Once customers select their ad size, associate the order to their students name, and create or log in to their account, they will choose a template which brings up the editor, you will see the help button on the top right hand side. A drop down will show with a toggle switch to allow tips as the customer moves through the process, restart tour, and last – the video & instructions. Once that is selected, a pop up will appear showing the video and the option for PDF instructions linked below, along with Technical Supports’ contact information. 

The tutorial link is only viewable once a parent has created an account to buy an ad.
