THINGS TO KNOW...Hello! Welcome to STEM!!!

This is such an important time in your education! WE will grow together in STEM class as we work through problems and solutions to build a better tomorrow!

What is STEM? It is an acronym for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics! STEM is when these core subjects come to life for students through problem-solving. These subject areas are interwoven in everyday life, and they serve as vehicles for the direct application of creativity and innovation skills.

In STEM we will focus our efforts on combining these key subjects to create solutions for moc real world problems. It is a project-based class that uses the engineering design method to create. It is simply a FUN way to engage student learning across many disciplines!!

As we progress through STEM this year, we will

learn the value of teamwork both in the classroom and industries

and further prepare

ourselves to be ready for our future!
