The Cecil County Public School extracurricular activities are an integral part of the educational process. The extracurricular program’s eligibility rules required of all students who wish to participate support the academic function of the Cecil County Public Schools by encouraging all students to reach their academic potential.
Academic Eligibility: All students must comply with CCPS Board of Education Policies and Regulations (no Marking Period or Interim grades below 65%)
Alcohol and Controlled Dangerous Substances: Students are not to use tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs at any time. Any student who violates this expectation shall be ineligible to participate for the remainder of the school year. Any substantiated use/report of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs in school or out of school will be handled in accordance to county policy.
All participants are subject to all CCPS Board of Education regulations and policies, as well as school and club rules.
