Coach McGinnis Sr is currently active duty U.S. Navy and started coaching at the high school level while stationed in Yokosuka, Japan in 2015. He is dedicated to developing great athletes by focusing on character, great mechanics and fundamentals. He has over 18 plus years of experience coaching girls and boys on many levels. His coaching history includes AAU in Japan, Nike C Kinnick High, and Grovetown High.
