Requests for evaluations are handled by your child's school. You may reach out to your child's teacher, school counselor, or principal. If you prefer, you may also click on the link below and we will forward your request to your child's school.
Each month, CBISD conducts basic skills screenings for young children to determine if there are any significant developmental delays in the following areas:
Hearing
Vision
Fine/Gross Motor Skills
Cognitive/Academic Skills
Speech/Language
Emotional Behavior / Adaptive Behavior

The legal parent/guardian needs to accompany the child to be able to sign paperwork
