10. Reminder attendance. All absences are to be emailed to both Kathy and Jill and the reason for missing must be on there BEFORE the day of your absence. Refer to contract for excused absences.
11. Lettering - Refer to Athletic Code Doc for % needed for attendance in order to letter
12. Get the cheers and poms down. We will do a "show us what you know" day at practice in the future to see who is ready to cheer. If you are not ready and polished you will not cheer until you are ready. Only ones that know what they are doing are on. This is a varsity sport and if you expect to letter, then you need to invest the time and show you are a varsity player. If you don't know it you need to put in the extra time ON YOUR OWN to get it down. From here on out, we should not have to go over things we expect you to know. It is not fair to the ones that have been at practice.
