News and Events for the Month October
Thursday, October 14th- Permission slips due for our field trip to Empower Adventure Park. If the cost presents a problem, please reach out to Mrs. Coiteux.
Thursday, October 21- 6th-grade field trip to Empower Adventure Park ( 9:00 am - 6:00 pm) Students should wear clothing with a pocket so that they have a place to put their masks when not being worn, as well as closed toe/heel shoes (sneakers or hiking/trail shoes) that are secured by laces for all of our adventures.
Friday, October 29- Students can wear a Halloween costume to school
Students must still wear a cloth mask. They may wear a Halloween mask to school over their cloth mask but must remove it when in class.
Face paint and hair dye must be applied at home.
Students may not wear or carry anything that can be used as a weapon or is in likeness to a weapon.
Students must be able to sit comfortably and not be a hindrance to the sightline of their classmates (i.e. no inflatable dinosaur costumes!
Students must be able to move freely and safely on the bus and in the hallways (see note above about dinosaur costumes!)
