Library Happenings
This month our 6th grade students will be visiting the Canton Public Library. The Teen Librarian will give students a tour of the teen space, provide information on summer programs, and talk about summer reading incentives.
4th and 5th Grade Students are Robotics Engineers with Edison!
What is Edison?
Edison, is a kid friendly robot that is linked to a programming website called EdBlocks. www.edblocksapp.com
Edison teaches students coding and robotics in a fun and engaging way.
4th graders are learning to use the program and write simple algorithms to get their robots to complete challenges.
5th graders are building on their knowledge of the basics. They've written stories called "A Day In The Life Of Edison", created a map of the setting and are now programming their robots to demonstrate their day's events.
