Miss O'Hara grew up in Skaneateles, New York. In Middle School and High School she participated in many musicals, several select vocal ensembles, student government, National Honor Society, yearbook club, track and field, founded a handbell choir, drama club, and many other activities! After high school, she attended the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. She majored in music education with a concentration in voice, and minored in theatre studies. In college she was involved with several honor societies, SUNY Potsdam's Emerging Leaders (Mentor and Board of Trustees Member), American Choral Directors Association, National Association for Music Educators, Crane Student Association, and Sigma Alpha Iota Music Fraternity to name a few! Miss O'Hara returned to Crane in the summer (which was much more enjoyable than Potsdam in the winter) to complete her Master's Degree. In addition to singing Ms. O'Hara loves to read, do yoga, play her ukulele and banjo, hike, and spend time with her family and friends. She currently lives in Brooktondale with her fiancé and two puppies, Hercules and Meg.
